In How Much Time Will I Lose 30 Pounds With Garcinia Cambogia

John came to our website looking for answers for queries regarding Garcinia Cambogia extract (GCE). Well he found answers to most of the queries except one – by when he will be able to lose 30 pounds. John, by the way weighs 250 pounds right now. Infact if there are Garcinia Cambogia extracts products which claim that you will lose ‘x’ pounds in a month, we recommend that you never buy them. Why we say so? Because they are fraud.

  • Your diet plan and physical activities: People who benefited the most from the extract are the people who have also taken care of their diet and indulged in physical activity over and above taking Garcinia Cambogia extract. Imagine how any extract can work well when one keeps eating high fat fast food full of cheese? Right?

So over all for John it is not impossible to lose 30 pounds in a month’s time but we would put 3 months as more realistic time frame. This is is:

  • John’s body accepts the extract well
  • He also takes care of his diet and do not start eating high fat diet (atleast not more than what he is already eating)
  • Do atleast some mild physical activity

Unlike several other websites on Garcinia Cambogia extract we do not believe the extract is ‘one stop solution’ for weight problems but yes, it can play an important part in your overall weight loss program.

    Yes ., Notice IN 3 months I’ve lost 15 pounds started with 220lbs in Nov 2014 yesterday that I when to my doctor I weighted 205 I committed my self to doing at least an hour of Zumba which I go at 7 pm . I usually try to have my last meal at 4:30 or 5 pm the latest . I try to not eat after 6 pm if I go workout and cone hone hungry I will eat only a bowl of ceral like raise brand or special k and since I know I’m lactose I’ll it helps me cleanse my body .

    I was ready to call this stuff snake oil, but after trying different brands, I have changed my eating habits somewhat, as I have just discovered I am lactose & gluten intolerant. The scale says I weigh the same, but a handful of people this weekend told me I looked thinner and asked how much weight I lost? I love it!

    Drinking only water and gatorade and drinking protein shakes and eating salad and walking 2 miles a day and doing strength training .. i am going to amp it up for this summer and try to lose 2 pounds a day by swimming laps everyday..speed walking or jogging 2 miles everyday..doing strength training and stair climbing and eating and drinking right i want to be skinny for when school starts
